China-agro Chengxin International Agency (CCIA) is one of the first international specialty agencies for
plant varieties protection (PVP) rights in China with the approval of the
State Administration of Industry and Commerce.
The establishment of CCIA will help to effectively operate the PVP agency affair
and
shorten the approval time by PVP office, and
undoubtedly stimulate the development of PVP in China by bridging the gap
between the domestic and international plant variety protection
standards.
CCIA is endowed
with a team of highly qualified staffs with unparallel-ed experiences in PVP
and VCU, etc. So CCIA has
successfully helped many seed companies and research institutes to quicken
the approval, declaration of nullity and cancellation of PVP rights,
resuming rights for rejected applications and refused PVP rights, conveying
